Microsoft 365 Family 12 Month Subscription Key Code

(Formerly known as Microsoft Office 365 Home)

This is a genuine Microsoft product, brand new and factory sealed.

Inside, you will find a unique product activation key, plus instructions on how it should be redeemed.

Each product code is valid for a single use only. Once registered, the code cannot be used again. As such, once the seal has been broken, the product is no longer eligible for return.

By default, I will send a sealed product to your nominated PayPal delivery address using a tracked service (Hermes). Once despatched, this typically takes two to three days (some exceptions apply, such as Highlands and Islands, which may take longer to arrive). I usually drop off at my local parcelshop on the way to work each weekday morning.

If you have an urgent requirement, I am happy to break the seal and send you the relevant information via email. You must include instructions with your payment, or send me a message specifically requesting this option immediately before or after you have made your purchase.

You may then choose to have the open packet sent to you, or I can shred it on your behalf. Remember that the product code is rendered useless, once activated.

Microsoft 365 Family gives you access to the latest version of the classic Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel®, Powerpoint®, Onenote®, and Outlook®), and has the added benefit of one Terabyte (1TB) cloud storage with OneDrive®. These features are available for you as the subscriber, plus up to five other individuals, each of whom would use their own independent Microsoft account to log in and access the included features. As the subscriber, you have control over who you share with as sharing is by invite only. You cannot see their account, but you can cancel their access to your subscription, if required. Each user may install on multiple devices, and be signed in on up to 5 at any one time.

App availability varies by device and language. If added to a PC (Windows 8.1 or 10), users will also have Access® and Publisher® as part of their Office installation.

As the product name suggests this license is intended for home and family use, rather than business environments.

The product key may be used in one of the following ways:

NEW SUBSCRIPTION: You can use this code to set up a brand new subscription if you have never used Microsoft 365 or Office 365 previously.

RENEWAL: You can use this code to renew an existing Microsoft 365 Family (Office 365 Home) subscription that is expiring.

EXTENSION: You can use this code to add an extra year to your existing Microsoft 365 Family (Office 365 Home) subscription, even if it is not near its expiry date. Microsoft allow you to do this up to a maximum five year duration, so you can purchase and add multiple codes at the same time if you wish. Your Microsoft account subscription area should indicate your current expiry date (be mindful of DD/MM/YY and MM/DD/YY date configurations, as the Microsoft site will display according to language settings at the bottom left corner of the web page). UPGRADE: You can use this code to upgrade your Microsoft 365 Personal (Office 365 Personal) subscription. The Personal product is intended for a single user, so upgrading to the Family version will allow you to share your subscription with others, without compromising your own Microsoft account. Upgrading will convert any left over time from your Personal subscription to the Family product, and add one year. So, if you have two months left on your Personal subscription the upgrade will convert and extend so that you end up with fourteen months on your new Family subscription.

Each Microsoft account may have only one active 365 subscription at any one time.
