Directions:

Drink one 50ml bottle per day. Shake well before use. Do not exceed recommended dose. Products may be used for as long as required with a regular intake recommended.We recommend taking LQ daily for at least 1 month and for 2-3 months for best results. From them on you can continue every day or to maintain the results and benefits you could reduce to taking 3-4 bottles per week.
